Connectivity
Connecting is good for all. Social connection strengthens our immune system, helps us recover from disease faster, and may even lengthen our life.
People who feel more connected to others have a higher self-esteem, are more empathic, are more trusting and more cooperative.
The more we trust and cooperate with each other the more we are open to connectivity that in turn generates positive social, emotional and physical wellbeing. No surprise that when individual wellbeing goes up so does our productivity and business performance.
Individuals within organisations and solopreneur’s want to feel part of a community. We can help nurture virtual communities, share knowledge and connect with others as part of a total wellbeing strategy.
Fostering connectivity is part of the FLORUS service. Through our group seminars and informal gatherings, we facilitate knowledge sharing, confidence building, and career resilience.
